Drying and Baking

Products painted with electrostatic powder paint are baked in paint drying ovens. Thus, the painting process is completed.

The parts subjected to painting process are taken to the furnaces by the conveyor system. The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to the properties of the material so that the paint adheres in quality.

Products coming out of the oven are sent to the quality control unit for testing.
